All items are shipped from Canada and prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Shipping Times

Once an order is placed, we'll have it in the mail within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Please add 1-3 days to the shipping estimates below to account for processing and packaging time. 

Domestic Shipping

Shipping within Canada? That's great! We send our parcels via Canada Post with a tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Please allow for some additional time if you're placing an order during the holiday season. 

US Shipping

For orders heading to the US, we send our parcels via Canada Post with a tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Additional duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the customer. Please allow for some additional time if you're placing an order during the holiday season. 

Shipping outside of Canada and the US

For orders on their way to destinations outside of North America, we send our parcels via Canada Post. Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, but may take longer based on local delivery times. Additional duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the customer. Please allow for some additional time if you're placing an order during the holiday season.  

Holiday Shipping

Orders placed by December 11 for US destinations and December 15 for destinations in Canada have the best chance of being delivered in time for Christmas. These dates are based on recommendations by Canada Post and we can't guarantee delivery times.

Returns

We want you to love what you buy, but sometimes the universe has a different plan. Return parcels must be mailed within 7 days of delivery and the tracking number emailed to us. Lost packages will not be refunded. All postage and duties are to be paid by the customer.
